1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and zoom188 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the zoom188 platform, available at https://zoom188.cam and any related mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are not a citizen, resident or national of any Restricted Territory. The Company reserves the right to update its list of Restricted Territories at any time without prior notice.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the zoom188 platform or any affiliate platform where such exclusion remains active.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or associate of zoom188 or any of its affiliated companies, where such participation is restricted by the Company's internal policy.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one active account with zoom188. The creation of duplicate, multiple or joint accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You accept responsibility for keeping this information current and for all activity conducted through your account.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time pascode with any third party. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be attributed to you. You must notify the Company promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing withdrawal requests exceding a threshold determined at the Company's discretion, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, zoom188 may request certified copies of identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Commonly requested documents include:

• Malaysian NRIC (MyKad) — front and back
• Passport biographical page
• Utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, showing your name and current address
• Selfie photograph holding the identity document

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension or closure.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the zoom188 Platform is subject to the following terms and conditions, which apply regardless of the device, browser or location from which access is obtained.

5.1 Personal Use

The Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You must not use zoom188 for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, arbitrage scheme, systematic bonus abuse or any form of professional exploitation of the Platform's services.

5.2 Software and Automated Access

The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence systems or any other automated means to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform is strictly prohibited. The Company employs technical measures to detect such activity and will terminate accounts found to be in violation without notice.

5.3 Game Fairness

zoom188 offers casino products from providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are regularly tested by independent third-party laboratories. Sport betting markets are managed in accordance with the Company's internal trading policies. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent house edge in casino games and the variable risk of sports wagers.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zoom188 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Supported methods, limits and processing times are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

6.2 Deposit Requirements

Minimum deposit amounts, currency requirements and any applicable processing fees are set out within the cashier section of the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Deposits funded through a third party's payment account are not accepted and will be returned or withheld pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, compliance with applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that deposited funds have cleared. The Company targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier. Actual timelines may vary based on payment provider processing schedules. Processing times for e-wallets and DuitNow are generally faster than FPX or bank transfer methods.

6.4 Currency

The Platform primarily transacts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Balances, wager amounts, bonus values and withdrawal figures displayed on the Platform are expressed in MYR unless otherwise stated. The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus offers made available by zoom188 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20). This represents the total amount that must be staked before any bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (including baccarat, blackjack and roulette) and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate, commonly 10–20%.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is subject to the cap specified in the promotion's terms, typically in the range of MYR 250to MYR 500. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture. Standard expiry windows range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of crediting.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonus types carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this figure is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Abuse & Collusion: zoom188 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage or collusion between Members.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zoom188 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen payment instruments, fraudulently obtained funds or proceeds of criminal activity.
• Coluding with other players in live dealer games, poker or any other competitive product.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions or pricing errors knowingly, whether or not a gain is realised.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.
• Facilitating gambling on behalf of an underage individual or any person subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Reselling, transfering or otherwise commercialising any component of the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zoom188 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, brand assets and the arrangement thereof, is the property of zoom188 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zoom188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, wagers, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst zoom188 endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party outages or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

11. Responsible Gambling

zoom188 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling must remain a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income, recovering debts or resolving financial difficulties.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A Member breaches any provision of this Agreement.
• The Company identifies fraudulent, collusive or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• A Member's account is found to be held by an ineligible individual.
• Account activity is inconsistent with recreational gambling patterns in a manner that triggers responsible gambling obligations.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements or pending investigation) will be returned to the Member via a payment method approved by the Company, following completion of outstanding KYC obligations.

A Member may request account closure at any time by contacting the Customer Support team through the Platform's live chat service. All outstanding withdrawal requests and bonus conditions at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zoom188 reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide advance notice via email, on-platform notification or a prominent notice on the homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the Company is licensed and incorporated, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the Member's country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through the Company's internal complaints procedure by contacting Customer Support. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body where such referal is available.
